A Brief History
With humble beginnings as a simple photography company, we have since grown far beyond our initial scope. Now a business-to-business marketing solution focused on improving our clients’ abilities to promote and market their own products, we feel that we evolve and expand our services each and every day. We do this not to outgrow our original clientele – who we are proud to service to this day – but to meet their growing needs and expectations. We hope that when you choose to work with us, you understand that we want to keep you as a client for life. It’s imperative to us that you feel as though we offer you something of value each and every day that we work on your project.
Whether you’re looking for commercial or residential photography; full-service web design or a business card; hundred-page catalogs or fifty listing flyers; no job is too small or too big. What began as a small job shooting a few real estate listings a month on the side, has evolved into a full-fledged company servicing both local real estate agents and international commercial companies. Though we have grown, the fundamentals and ideals on which we were founded still remain today.

OWNER / CEO
After a long career in the music industry, Nik landed in Maryland in 2008 to take some time off. Yet, never one to rest, Nik decided instead to take up a skill he had no formal training in and built a successful business from something of a pipe dream of an idea. 10 years later, MPI continues to thrive under his leadership, and he wakes up each day proud of what his team accomplishes and always endeavoring to serve his clients best. Don't bring up the conversation of guitars with him though - he will talk your ear off for hours about them.
Rachel Lucas →
Director
Rachel has always operated as the inner workings of MPI, consistently the voice on the phone or the person behind the emails for the last 10 years. Constantly adapting to best serve MPI’s clientele, Rachel’s number one goal is good customer service, but most importantly, service with humanity. Beginning with MPI as a remote worker from Florida, Rachel, armed with her pint-sized corgi Sydney, brought herself and her life to Maryland where she bakes cookies, plays games, and writes stories in her spare time. From now and into the foreseeable future, Rachel will always do her best to be caring, responsive, and helpful. Oh, and she is one HELL of a baker!
